Jake is an award-winning filmmaker and an experienced Character Animator whose work can be seen on Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, MTV, online and on DVD. He is also a published animation journalist, an animation tutor, an after-school cartooning teacher, and a guest lecturer. He lives in New York City.
When not animating, he practices character design, storyboarding and script writing. For his own films, he acts as producer, director, voice, and caterer, too.
He is most creatively inspired by classic American cartoons, the works of Jim Henson, the TV animation resurgence of the late '80's to early '90's, and the hottest web shorts of today.
